Embelia Ribes (Widung) and Bharangi etc. are good medicines for paralysis.

 
Bharangi, Cyperus scriosus (Nagarmotha) works on nerves, heart and lungs whereas.
 

Jayaphal and Anacylus pyrethrum stimulates and invigorates body.

  Petroselinum crispum (Ova), Foeniculum vulgare (Bade Sounf) works on the middle portion of body and Bharangi works on the lower portion of female body.
 

Dusmool, Riccinus communis (Eranda) and Vanda roxburghii (Rasana) helps in decreasing vata throughout body.

Recommended food diet:
